Delivery times Most orders arrive in about 2 to 4 weeks. Our products are sent directly from our suppliers, so items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
If you need your order for a competition or performance, please order at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance, or email us before ordering to check timings.
Customs and import charges Orders delivered outside the European Union may be charged local import duties or taxes on arrival. These charges are set by your country, are not included in our prices, and are paid by the customer.
Lost or delayed parcels If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 5 weeks, please email info@barreandbow.com with your order number and we will look into it.
